Your session is private. Here is exactly how your images are handled.

Private by default

We will not publish, share, or use your images on our website, on social media, or in any marketing without your separate written consent. A model release is optional, and declining to sign one has no effect on your session or your image delivery.

Many clients keep their work entirely private. That is not just accepted here. It is protected here.

Copyright and your license

Copyright in your images stays with mIsFiTs Like ME, as US law provides by default. Your client agreement gives you a non-exclusive license to use your images for personal purposes. That includes:

  • Sharing them on your personal social media
  • Personal creative projects
  • Personal communications

Commercial use needs separate written permission.

Age verification and record keeping

Every participant must be 18 or older. Your government issued photo ID is uploaded to your client portal when you book, and it is verified in person before any photography begins.

Federal law (18 U.S.C. 2257) requires us to keep age verification records, and the images they relate to, for no less than seven years. We store these records securely. They are not viewed or shared except as the law requires, and they are not used for any other purpose.

Archiving your images

Because of those record keeping rules, we cannot delete session images once they are created. You can ask us to archive your images at any time. Archived images are removed from any gallery and from any shared access, and are not viewed.

This page summarizes how we handle your images. If your signed client agreement says something different, your agreement controls.

You found this page for a reason.

Maybe you're still deciding. Maybe you're ready and just haven't said it out loud yet. Either way, the first conversation is just that — a conversation. No pressure. No obligation. No one telling you what you should want.

Just an honest talk about what you're carrying, what you're ready to claim, and whether this studio is the right room for it.
