You belong here if

You’re looking for Art Nude photography — the body as sacred subject, studied and witnessed with the craft and reverence it deserves.

You’re into BDSM or Kink and want a photographer who understands the lifestyle, not just the aesthetic.

You need Boudoir photography in Metro East Illinois — Lebanon, Belleville, O’Fallon, Fairview Heights — and didn’t know there was a studio like this twenty minutes from the river.

You’re drawn to Erotic photography — desire as art, intention over gratification, beauty without apology.

You’re LGBTQ+ — queer, trans, non-binary, or still figuring out the label — and tired of studios that tolerate you rather than celebrate you.

This Isn’t Just Boudoir Photography.

Most studios are built for a very specific person. You can tell, even when nobody says it out loud — the website, the gallery, the language all signal who the welcome actually extends to.
This studio is different.
Not as a marketing claim.
As a founding conviction.

The belief behind everything here: every person carries inherent dignity. Imago Dei — the image of something sacred. And that dignity doesn’t require you to perform a particular version of beauty to earn it. It just requires someone willing to witness it.

That’s what happens in this studio.

You are seen the same day. No waiting weeks for a gallery link. You view your images immediately after your session and select what becomes art right then and there. You leave knowing.

Your privacy is protected like it matters. Nothing from your session is published, shared, or used without a separately signed release. Many clients keep their work entirely private.
That is not just accepted here — it is protected here.

Your session is built around you. The mIsFiT Commission includes everything: pre-session consultation, hair and makeup artistry, same-day reveal, and your Your First Chapter book. One price. No hidden tiers.

No pressure.

Starting at $1,500.

Your Experience: Start to Finish

CONSULTCREATECAPTIVATECELEBRATE
A real conversation, not a form. We talk about what you want to see, how you want to feel, and what Sacred Authenticity looks like for you specifically. No wrong answers. No judgment.
Hair and makeup. The session. The whole thing moves at your pace. We don’t stop until we’ve made something that genuinely reflects who you are.
Same-day reveal. You view your images immediately after the session, select what becomes art, and leave knowing — maybe for the first time — that you’ve always been enough.
Not by the photographs. The photographs are just the evidence. The transformation happens in the room — in the moment someone finally sees you clearly and you can’t unsee it. You walk out different than you walked in. That’s the point. That’s always been the point.

I’m a rebel artist, a Certified Professional Photographer, an amateur theologian, a Scoutmaster, and a retired paramedic who found his most sacred vocation behind a camera in an intimate studio in Lebanon, Illinois.

I’ve spent nearly 25 years perfecting this craft — from the World Series of Poker to national magazine pages to this: a studio built specifically for the people who have always fit best in their own little world.

I wrote a book about this work. On Your Terms: Sacred Authenticity Through Boudoir and the Practice of Coming Back. Not because I had something to sell. Because I had something to say — about desire, and dignity, and the Quiet Math we do against ourselves, and what happens when someone finally sees us clearly.

That’s what I do here. I see people clearly.

If you’re ready to be seen — I’m ready to witness.

Not quite ready to book?

Not ready yet? Good — that means you’re paying attention.

Most people who end up in this studio spent months talking themselves out of it first. The Quiet Math is loud. The Industrial Gaze is louder. And “I’m not the kind of person who does this” is the most common thing I hear from people who turn out to be exactly that kind of person.

The toolkit is free. It’s honest. And it’s a good place to start if you’re not quite ready to be seen — but you’re tired of not being.

Don’t wait—reach out today for a free consultation and let’s capture the truth of who you are.
